Do your tours cater to children?

Yes! Most of our Cairns tours cater to children. Please note that the Atherton Tablelands tour does not carry children under the age of 15.

Do your tours include lunch?

No. Unless specified tours do not include lunch. Please carefully read the tour description to determine if you need to provide your own lunch. Some of our tours have optional lunch upgrades if you do not want to carry your own food.

I want to book an Upgrade Option. How do I do this?

Simply click the ‘Book Now’ button on the tour page of your choice. During checkout you will be given the option to select any upgrades you wish to add to your tour.

What do I need to bring with me?

Cairns boasts a warm and tropical climate. Please be sure to bring along appropriate sun protection. If swimming you will also need to bring your own bathers.

We're running late, can the boat wait for us?

No. If you do not arrive at the Reef Fleet Terminal by the time specified for your tour the boat will not wait for you. We suggest arriving 15 minutes early to avoid disappointment. If you are late and miss the boat, we cannot offer a refund.

Where do you pick up from?

Pickup locations for our Cairns tours differ between each tour. Please check the ‘Pickup Locations’ tab on the individual tour pages for more information. If your preferred pickup location is not listed or you wish to book a pickup upgrade, please call our team on 1300 661 225.

Is there parking at Marlin Marina?

There is limited parking available around the Marlin Marina. We recommend heading to The Pier to park your vehicle. Parking is charged by the hour and is capped at $15 all day.

We want to stay the night on Green/ Fitzroy Island? Can we take your boat back the next day?

No. Unfortunately we do not offer ferrying services to or from the islands and can only carry passengers on our tours.

I can't make my tour; can I cancel or change days?

We will work best to make sure you can attend your Cairns tour. However, please make note of our Terms & Conditions and cancellation policy as outlined below. 25% cancellation fee for cancellation or change of date 7 days or more prior to departure. 50% cancellation fee for cancellation or change of date within 7 days of departure. 100% cancellation fee for failure to board, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of departure.
