Walk along the jetty

The jetty of Palm Cove juts out over the water and offers great views of the whole beachfront from the end of the pier. Walk along the windy edge and soak in the views of the horizon line.

Kayaking

There are, of course, limitations on swimming when it comes to Palm Cove. But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the water! Take a kayak out on the water and explore the beach from your kayak.

Markets

Don’t forget to catch the markets of Palm Cove! Situated right in the middle of the promenade, you’ll be in the middle of some of the best places to buy trinkets. Catch the markets on a Saturday morning so that you can get the best views.

Get a massage

After all that hard work, relaxing on the beach…it’s time for a massage! Get a relaxing hot stone massage or a foot massage at the spa in the Palm Cove Vie Spa. What better way to enjoy the tropics of Queensland?

Beachfront Dining at Bars and Restaurants

Check out some of the beautiful bars and restaurants that line up along the beachfront at Palm Cove.

Nunu is a local favourite, serving up fine dining cuisine (think seafood as well as locally sourced ingredients from the highlands of Cairns). If you’re looking for something a bit more European, then head to Vivo Bar and Grill, which serves up gorgeous Italian seafood dishes.
